3. Google Drive Integration

Our service allows you to connect your Google Drive account via OAuth to save and retrieve documents. By using this feature:

• You acknowledge that ScannerOnline.io is not affiliated with Google.
• Privacy-First Permissions: Our application uses the `drive.file` scope, meaning we only have access to the specific files we create or those you explicitly select. We cannot browse, read, or download your private files that were not created via our platform.
• You agree to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
• You are responsible for managing the permissions you grant to our application through your Google Account settings.
• We are not responsible for any data loss or issues occurring within your Google Drive account.

4. User Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for the content and legality of the documents you process.
• You agree not to use the service for any illegal purposes or to distribute malware.
• You must not attempt to bypass any security measures of the site.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is". While we strive for 100% accuracy in document scanning and processing, we do not warrant that the service will meet all your requirements or be error-free.

6. Subscription and Payments

ScannerOnline.io offers premium subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Billing: Payments are processed securely via our payment gateway (Razorpay). Prices vary based on your selected plan and billing country (e.g., GST may apply).
• No Refund Policy: All subscription payments are final. We do not offer refunds, prorated or otherwise, for cancelled subscriptions or unused time.
• Auto-Renewal: Currently, our plans do not auto-renew. You will need to manually renew your subscription when it expires to continue enjoying premium features.

7. Limitation of Liability

ScannerOnline.io shall not be held liable for any loss of data, document corruption, or third-party cloud service interruptions resulting from the use of our platform.
